questionoftheday asks: Did you ever do any weird rituals as a kid with your siblings/friends? What was its purpose and how did it get started?

My answer: In high school, I had a friend who loved to get sappy sometimes. We had a tradition, though I don't remember how in hell it started, where we would take a bottle of any drink, so long as it was pink, and pass it back and forth, making a toast each time. I'm honest to god surprised that neither of us got mono, but it was fun and really wholesome now that I think about it!
